GETTING STARTED

When you are ready to meet for your "HappiDogs Care Consultation," simply fill in the form below and press submit.  We will contact you to set up an appointment date and time as well as  answer any questions you may have about our service.

Existing Clients - Thank you for choosing HappiDogs Pet Services for "little" Dogs to care for your pet.  All relevant information about your pet was noted during our "HappiDogs Care Consultation."  We look forward to seeing you and your "little" pet again.

Call or e-mail, to schedule your next appointment.  We recommend calling at least two weeks in advance of service.

Monday to Friday   8:30 A.M. to 6:30 P.M.

Saturday:               9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.

Understanding our policies leads to a mutually satisfying relationship.  We thank you for taking the time to read our policies.



BOOKINGS


Our goal is your happiness, and we will, as much as possible try to accommodate you.  To avoid any misunderstanding, please familiarize yourself with our guide lines below prior to booking your appointment.



CANCELLATION POLICY

No fee is incurred if service is cancelled with 48 hours notice.  Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance will incur a $25.00 service fee.




PAYMENT METHODS

Payment may be made in cash or cheque. Payment guide lines are outlined further in our service contract.  Early or late check in/out is available for an additional fee.  Returned cheques are subject to a $35.00 fee.




VACCINATIONS


We ask that your pet be:

Spay or neutered.
On a flea program.
Up to date with all their vaccinations
Non aggressive towards other dogs or people.
